Using MagicISO Maker to create MDF Files

The file extension MDF generates image files using an image file editor of CD/DVD (CD/DVD backup tool and burner) called MagicISO Maker. This application can extract, create, edit, and burn ISO/MDF files. The program can convert almost all DVD/CD image files to:

  • BIN/ISO/CUE;
  • CloneCD (.IMG/.CCD/.SUB);
  • and Nero (.NRG).

By using MagicISO, the users can handle DVD pictures up to 10GB and create CD image formats from CD/DVD-ROM. The file extension MDF can handle ISO formats and other DVD/CD image files (BWI, BIN, CIF, IMG, NRG, VCD) to CD-R/RW.

The file extension MDF supports the loading boot image file sent by UltraISO and WinISO. It also burns CD data files in Joliet, ISO9660, and UDF format. It can also revise the properties of CD/DVD picture files. In addition, it has the capability to correct quantity serial numbers subsequent to editing new image files, directories or search files with wildcard characters through an image file.

MagicISO directly edits the image file and subsequently extracts folders and files from it. It also directly constructs ISO files from the hard disk or CD/DVD-ROM. Simultaneously, users can sustain the bootable data of the ISO, thus creating its own bootable CD/DVDs. Users now have the ability to create and edit their own ISO files for subsequent writing to CD/DVD for their own use.
